On a recent broadcast of Temple Talk, a weekly radio show from Israel, Rabbi Chaim Richman announced that a qualified Red Heifer is alive and well in Israel, being housed in an undisclosed location.  This is the first Red Heifer to be qualified by a Rabbi in 2000 years!!!
